– 3.5 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth (or vegetable broth (or 3.5 cups water + 3.5 tsp Better than Bouillon Chicken Base)
– 3/4 cup Heavy Cream (or 3/4 cup water + 1 pkg Boursin Cheese)
– 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Blend
– 1 teaspoon Sea Salt (or to taste)
– 12 ounces Cheese Tortellini (frozen or fresh. If using dried, add an additional 1/2 cup of water)
