– 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
– 1/2 tsp dried basil
– 1/2 tsp dried parsley
– 3 tbsp butter
– 3 tbsp all purpose flour
– 1 1/2 cups turkey drippings (or more to taste)
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
