– 3 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 2 tablespoons mirin
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch or tapioca starch
– Black and/or white sesame seeds for garnish
