Turkey Noodle Soup by Happy Belly Foodie

butter, celery, onion, carrots, turkey stock, salt and pepper, egg noodles, turkey, half and half


– 2 tbsp butter
– 3 celery stalks, diced
– 1 medium onion, diced
– 3 carrots, diced
– 6-8 cups turkey stock (can use canned chicken broth)
– salt and pepper to taste
– 1 1/2 cups egg noodles
– 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, diced
– 1 cup half and half (milk will work too)
