– 2 tsp standard chili powder
– 2 tsp ground cumin
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp table salt (optional (check the salt content of the salsa)
– 2 lbs frozen ground turkey
– 2 tbsp yellow cornmeal
