– 1 tablespoon cold unsalted butter,cut into small pieces

– For Bourbon Sauce:
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
– 1/3 cup (80 ml) heavy (double) cream
– 1/4 cup (60 ml) Wild Turkey bourbon
