– 1 Medium Yellow Onion (peeled and sliced)
– 1 Large Green Bell Pepper (cored, and sliced)
– 2 tbsp.minced Garlic
– 1 Cup Water
– 6 Italian Sausages (mild, hot, sweet your preference)
– 1 29 Oz Can of Tomato Sauce
