– 1 tsp Onion Powder
– 1 Yellow Onion, diced
– 2 Carrots, diced
– 2 Stalks Celery, diced
– 4-5 Cloves Garlic
– 2 Cups Vegetable Broth
– 2 Cups Water
– 1 tsp Oregano
– 1 cup dried (rinsed, Pinto Beans)
