– 1 15-ounce can low- or no-sodium fire roasted tomatoes
– 2 cups chopped kale
– 4 cups no- or low-sodium vegetable broth
– 1-3 cups water
– 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
– 1/4 cup no- or low-sodium vegetable soup base
