– 1 lb grass fed lean ground beef
– 6 cups organic chicken or beef broth
– 2 cups chopped carrots
– 2 cups chopped celery
– 1 large chopped onion
– 2 cans fire roasted diced tomatoes
– 2 cups frozen cut green beans
– 1 cup frozen corn
– 4 medium white potatoes, diced
– 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp avocado oil
– 2 tbsp Primal Palate Garlic and Herb seasoning (more if needed)
– salt and pepper to taste
