– 15 ounces can black beans (rinsed and drained)
– 1 cup dry green or brown lentils (picked over, rinsed and drained)
– 3/4 cup quinoa (uncooked, rinsed and drained)
– 2 tablespoons chili powder
– 1 tablespoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
